We verify the odometer reading. As long as the vehicle shows fewer than 500 miles driven, you're fully covered.

Q.What does 'no questions asked' actually mean?

It means exactly that. You don't need a reason. Changed your mind, found something else, or just didn't feel right about the purchase — it doesn't matter. If you're within 500 miles we will take the car back without any discussion.

Q.Does the 500-mile limit reset if I service the car?

No. The 500 miles are cumulative from the moment you drove the vehicle off our lot, regardless of any service or maintenance.

Q.What if the car has a defect discovered within 500 miles?

Defects are covered regardless of mileage under our standard warranty. The return policy is separate — you can return for any reason within 500 miles.

Q.Does the policy apply to financed vehicles?

Yes. If you financed through us or a third-party lender, we coordinate the unwinding of the financing arrangement as part of the return process.

Q.What condition does the car need to be in?

The vehicle should be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered — free of new damage caused after purchase. Normal test-drive wear is expected and fine.
